From the first Deputy Chancellor, Cheryl Watson-Harris:
Families who do not have access to an internet-connected device at home, can complete the survey or call 718-935-5100. Choose option 5 to request a device.
Follow the steps to retrieve your child's account.
Step 2: Add your child's 9-digit student ID number and date of birth.
Choose a password,
Re-enter your password, and then click "Update Password".
Step 3: Click on Remote Learning Portal.
Add your username and password to join my class.
